The first ten purchasers starting from February 12th, 2010 who purchase a suite on the 2nd or 3rd level of Midtown will receive a discount of 7.5% off the list purchase price.

An additional discount of 2.5% will be given for either a referral of a friend or family member who also purchases a suite on the 2nd or 3rd level of Midtown, or the additional 2.5% will be given to purchasers buying two or more 2nd & 3rd level suites in Midtown. Offer is subject to expire without notice and cannot be combined with any other promotion than what is specified above.
